Akua Alder

Mr Alder is a Civil Engineer and Chartered Quantity Surveyor certified by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has a postgraduate degree (MSc) in Advanced Structural Engineering as well as a (LLM) in construction law, specialising in arbitration and adjudication, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. With his extensive experience in financial cost estimation for various structures, he provides professional engineering solutions for capital infrastructure projects.

He is also the Co-Founder and Director of Meridian Designs and Services Inc., a consultancy firm in Guyana that offers a range of services for the construction industry, including Construction Law and dispute Resolution, Engineering, and Occupational Safety and Health.
